KYA-ENERGY GROUP TRAINS ITS AGENTS IN CUSTOMER CARE



To offer better quality services to its customers every day, this is the ideal that pushed KYA-Energy Group to offer a refresher course in customer reception to its staff involved in customer relations on Saturday, March 18, 2023.


Indeed, a team composed of the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Sales Assistant, the Executive Assistant as well as the Receptionist all participated this Saturday, March 18 at the Kegue Stadium, in a training workshop on : "The fundamentals of professional reception, a vector of performance in business", an initiative of VKM EXPERTISE ET CONSEILS for the benefit of agents in charge of customer relations in Lomé.



At the end of this training, the KYA-ENERGY GROUP team was equipped on some techniques to better welcome and also learned to receive any type of customer notwithstanding his status.
